Production capacities
As well as our own production, CIPRES FILTR BRNO s.r.o. is also involved in cooperation in a few other fields:
Laser cutting
Task of area (2D) metal sheet production is solved by AMADA LC 1212 ALPHA III machine with the output of 2 kW. Laser cutting allows us to shape material with to the dimensional accuracy of 0,1 mm.
Dimensions of processing material:
Maximal size: 2500x1250 mm
Maximal thickness: black steel 8 mm
stainless steel 6 mm
We are able to process other types of materials as well upon your phone request.
Requested geometry of burn out products is possible to program from format file „dxf“. It can be delivered on portable digital media (CD, DVD, flash disc, data cards, etc.) or sent by email.
Metal sheet bending (CNC bending)
Metal sheet bending (CNC bending) is performed on defined press AMADA HFB 100/3 with explicit press power of 1000 kN.
Dimensions of processing material:
Maximum length of bending: 3000 mm (depending on material thickness)
Maximum thickness: black steel 8 mm
stainless steel 5 mm
Metal sheet cutting
Metal sheet cutting is performed on table sheet scissors NTE 3150/6,3E with the output of 11 kW.

Maximum length of cut: 3150 mm
Maximum thickness: black steel 6 mm
stainless steel 4 mm
Powder coating
We use powder coating for surface coating of parts. We own Komaxit assembly line VMD Grygov, which allows preparation in three stages (de-oiling with iron phosphate, rinsing with utility water, semi-water rinsing), drying, komaxiting by Gema machine and burning out.
